At InStyleSwimwear.com, we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we will accept
returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the
invoice date on all item EXCEPT CLEARANCE ITEMS. All
clearance sales are final. (please do not mistake clearance
items with sale items. Sale items will be refunded/exchanged.)
Due to the delicate nature of bathing suits, garments must
be in their original condition with tags and sanitary
protection in place. Thongs and g-strings cannot be returned for
refund or exchange. Garments that have been worn, soiled,
laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted.
International International order except Canada cannot be refunded or exchanged. Canada exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges. Procedure To process a return or to make an exchange, simply fill out the Return and Exchange form included in your shipment. Enclose the form with your garment in the package and attach the return label to the outside of the package. Insuring your package is strongly advised, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once we receive the package, a refund will be issued in its original form of payment within 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping charges are not refunded. |

InStyleSwimwear.com offers FREE shipping on all US Ground Service shipment orders over $150. If you need expedited service or International service please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and delivery times. FedEx Ground orders placed by 3:30PM EST and FedEx Express orders placed by 5:00PM EST will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on availability. Orders placed after the times listed are shipped the following business day. InStyle Swimwear, Inc. is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
