30-Day Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the items for a refund or an exchange. A refund will be issued minus any shipping costs. We will gladly accept your return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. There are no returns or exchanges on thongs. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges. Procedure for Returns: A return and exchange form is enclosed with your package. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once we receive your return package, we will send you a notification receipt via email. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued weekly. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are not refundable. InStyleSwimwear.com offers FREE shipping on all US Ground Service shipment orders over $150. If you need expedited service or International service please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and delivery times. FedEx Ground orders placed by 4:30PM EST and FedEx Express orders placed by 5:00PM EST will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on stock availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after the times listed are shipped the following business day. InStyle Swimwear, Inc. is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
