Since its inception in 2000, Cyn And Luca Swimwear has been showing the world that it definitely knows a thing or two about sexy swim fashion! After graduating from Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles, California, designer Cythia Hoey embarked on her passion for fashion and design and began working for Liz Claiborne, and then later for Adrienne Vittadini. After eight years of designing swimwear under Adrienne Vittadini, Hoey ventured off on her own and successfully launched her Cyn And Luca line.
