Q: What is your return policy?
A- You satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Garments must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary protection in place; garments that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. A refund will be issued minus any shipping costs. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

Q: How long will it take to process and ship my order?
A- All in-stock orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST will normally be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the time listed are shipped the following business day. InStyle Swimwear, Inc. is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control. Please note this policy does not apply to international orders.

Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A- Yes! We ship to seemingly every country around the world through USPS. Please be sure to select the international shipping method at checkout. Please note that InStyleSwimwear.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees levied by your government.

All orders placed using an international credit card must go through an international verification process, which could delay ship time by several business days.

Q: Are my items in stock?
A- The "Availability” box will indicate whether your items are in stock or not. If the item is in stock, the availability box will display "In Stock”. If the item is on backorder, the availability box will display an approximate date the item will be ready to ship. This information will also be displayed in your shopping cart.
