Pompei Beach is the result of Elena Pompei’s passion for the ocean. Born and raised in Rome and Paris Elena enjoyed the ocean as a pro windsurfer and big wave rider off Maui’ s shores and other spectacular surf spots around the world. Her love of the ocean inspired her to create a line of swimwear that combines femininity and great fit. In 2000 the innovative and eye-catching line of Pompei was launched. Whether surfing Fiji’s shimmering blue sea or searching for new fabrics in the French Riviera the graphics, stripes, ethnic prints and florals are a constant reminder of Pompei's distinctive style. The Italian designer’s indisputable talent and creativity is often featured in top fashion magazines earning Pompei the reputation of energy and glamour.
