USA Shipping

InStyleSwimwear offers FREE shipping on all US Ground Service shipments. If you need expedited service or International service please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and delivery times. All US orders placed by 4:00 p.m. EST will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on stock availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after the times listed are shipped the following business day. InStyleSwimwear is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.

International Duty and Tax


InStyleSwimwear does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. However, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will attempt to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. If the courier charges InStyleSwimwear for duty or taxes after your package is delivered, we will bill your credit card on file without notice. 

Orders placed using a credit card with an International billing address go through a fraud verification system. You may experience a few days delay in your shipment.


30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the items for a refund or an exchange. A refund will be issued minus any shipping costs. We will gladly accept your return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and sanitary protection intact. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale items. Please note that sale items differ from final sale items and can be returned/exchanged. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

Procedure for Returns:
A return and exchange form is enclosed with your package. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once we receive your return package, we will send you a notification receipt via email. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Procedure for Exchanges:
A return and exchange form is enclosed with your package. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your order was lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service via phone, email or live chat as soon as possible. Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 14 days of shipment date.
