A winner will be selected out of every 500 surveys
collected in a random drawing. Winner will be notified
by email and must respond seven calendar days.
If a reply to congratulations email is not received
within seven calendar days a winner will be
disqualified and a random selection of an alternate
winner will occur.
Winner will receive $150 credit towards any product(s)

at once up to $150. If a winner selects product(s)
less then the prize, a remainder of the prize will
not be awarded at a later time. If the selected
product(s) do not fit properly, winner is eligible
